Tuition Payment

Tuition is to be paid by the start of each session (Fall, Winter, and Spring), before the first class. 

 

Dropping Off Your Student

Please wait outside the entrance before your class starts. 

 

Young Artists Program (2-6 years old): A parent/guardian may stay during the class.

 

Studio Art Program (7-103): We would appreciate it if parents leave for the duration of the class. Parents may stay for the first 10 minutes as their child settles in, but we ask that parents leave for the rest of the class. Picking Up Your Student

Students must be picked up on time after class.

 

‍Absences and Make-Up Classes

We only offer up to 3 make-up classes per seasonal session. Make-up classes are offered only to students enrolled in seasonal sessions, not pay-by-class students. Additional missed classes cannot be issued a make-up class. We do not issue refunds for missed classes.

 

Please email Ksenya, ksenyalitvak@gmail.com to schedule your make-up class. Make-up classes are scheduled based on availability. Thus, you will be taking two classes in a week: one make-up class, and one regular class. Once a make-up class is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled. 

 

‍Discounts

The second and third siblings are eligible for discounted tuition. The Young Artist Program tuition is discounted to $250. The Studio Art Program tuition is discounted to $500. This is the maximum discount offered. This cannot be combined with additional discounts.
